Instructions:
Wash your hands clean, then use your finger to get a pea-sized amount (or more depending on the size of the area you want to treat), then gently apply and massage into the desired area.

How much to apply:
Although this depends on the area you want to treat, we generally recommend starting with a pea-sized amount, then adding more if needed to cover the area or provide the amount of relief you are seeking.  Keep in mind, unlike other brands, our salve is full-spectrum CBG and very concentrated for maximum benefits, so a little goes a long way.

Where to apply:
For pain and inflammation, the pain area is the best to use it on. You will notice these are mostly the joints.
Examples of some of the pain areas can be the neck, temples, feet, shoulders, and joints like knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, and hips.
We recommend gently massaging it into the area for a few minutes for added relaxation.

When to apply:
Our salve can be applied anytime you want relief, but you may find it especially enjoyable right before relaxing on the couch or before bed.
